Hello Everyone

Just started to remove my steering wheel, went to go and undo the 2 bolts that hold the airbag to the wheel but they seem to be covered up?

I had a good look and they dont look like caps....

Anyone know what this is about?

HELP ME ASAP!

Thanks

front of steering wheel is just held on with two clips. Turn steering wheel 45 degrees to gain easy access, stick flat blade screwdriver in the hole, lever it up/down, which will release the cover, do the same for other whole. Remove airbag module, it has small yellow plug in back which just pulls out. Then undo bolt holding wheel on, then pull, without breaking your face in the process !

Makesure the Batt has been disconnected for at least an hour before removing the wheel as airbag will still have some charge in system, so be bloody careful.

And alsobefore yanking off the wheel, loosen off the steering wheel nut, but do not fully remove it, leave it on one full turn, that way you don't break your nose removing it
