I'd sack the insurance for the sake of £80, that's probably less than your excess, no need to worry about having to declare the fact you've claimed and your premium going up.

Worst case I'd go and look at the door and see what condition it's in, could save you a lot of money in the long run.

Already started the ball rollin with the insurance, and i dont have to pay the excess won't be getting booked in for a bit so will see if the missus want to take the little to donny dome so I can have a look , cheers gents

Ahh yeah forgot you weren't paying the excess, would still leave you better off though not having to declare a claim for the next 5 years.
