I bought a 2015 seat leon mk3 fr back at start of june, very happy with car etc but service book was missing so dealer said they would chase it up for me, several phone calls emails later still getting no where, so they agreed to get me a new service book and stamp it up, again took several more calls to get this service book, it eventually arrived and to my shock was from another car, they tip-ex out the previous cars details and service history and wrote mine over it, clearly i wasn't happy as it looked like i doctored it, they where quite shocked and somehow made a point of telling me they took it from a 2017 reg leon on the lot like this was something to be impressed by, so again after much back and forth and after excuses such as backlog on ordering service books (im not surprised if this is what they do) they have supposedly got a new book and sent it to dealer in uk it was bought from to get the pdi and first service stamped by them, then they are going to stamp it with the service it got before i collected it, however again getting fobbed off and coming into 7th week of waiting on it, should i hand this issue over to seat uk
