2008 Seat Ibiza Cupra 1.9 TDI limp mode

Hello Guys i have a problem with my Cupra while driving on the freeway about 20 minutes into my travel to work the car goes into limp mode and heats up above 90 digrees, i have changed the coolant temperature sensor butt still goes into limp mode. I have gotten the turbo checked and the boost pipes and all are fine when plugged into delphi software it brings up a 19463 Camshaft sensor error & a 17964 Charge pressure negative deviation.Clear the codes and all is fine again for about 20 minutes and then limp mode.

Has anybody had this issue before?
