Help with gaskets

Can anyone point me to the right parts or part numbers I need to do a egr valve and inlet manifold clean, I'm looking for the gaskets but cannot find or shall I say don't want to buy the incorrect ones.
Bxe engine

You're in the TDI section so neither of the cars in our signature seem relevant. Which engine do you have?

I can't find anywhere that sells the EGR to intake gasket. Can't even find a part number for it on oemepc :/

What's best, buy some gasket material or use silicon gasket?

Used blue silicon but didn't hold, so got some copper silicon instant gasket and that has held fine.

Note to future self... read the damn instructions.
