Apr or dtuk ???

Really thinking about a stage 1 Apr or a dtuk box spoilt for choice from what I've read there both seem to be good. So what would you go for ??

Countless remap vs tuning box threads on here if u have a search but basically a tuning box just plugs into a few sensors to trick/adjust signals and parameters to let the ECU "Think" there is - + values and allowing the ecu to compensate for its loss or gain in value.
ECU Remaping gives a new set of rules to the ecu so a good tired and tested remap with countless hours of research and development wins hands down for me.

Well in that case Apr it is then thank you and would a panel filter like k&n be any better than a stock one or would I have to go full induction?

I've gone for panel filter and bigger turbo inlet pipe over induction kit on mine as I like the more oem+ look.

OEM + is sort of mildly modded but in keeping with factory fit/finish

Marginal gains on standard really, bit of extra turbo spool noise. Will be more beneficial come remap time though.

So I need a bigger turbo inlet pipe and an air filter sounds a lot cheaper than an induction kit lol

Sorry for the slow reply,
We don't see much time to get on the forums these days, what with Facebook being so busy and such.

We do have a sale on for the APR Software up until the 8th September 2017!

Give our team a call on 0161 776 0777 (option 1) to make a booking, or e-mail us on sales@awesomegti.com
We're also available on facebook inbox
