Hi my DPF filter light came on today and I was taking the car to clear it now the glow plug sign on my dash is flashing any ideas ?

i had this happen once when i was doing a regen whilst connected to vagcom it flashed for roughly half a mile then both lights went out! and doesnt seem to of caused any problems!
Get it scanned on VCDS an it should bring a fault code up. Mine did something similar a while back and it was a leak on the EGR/ASV hose.

Yea ive had it on vagcom and it did come up.with a fault. Need to.get it looked at. And not that i.know of bud
just tried scanning again as i couldnt remember the code and no faults this time. but i do remember it was something like dpf bank full or something like that?
tried to do a forced regen at a local garage lately and said they couldnt do it as it had been taken off the vagcom system?
