right, took a tdi sport for a test drive today, feels very safe on the road and seems to have a fair amount of grunt low down the revs!! i like it a lot!

the front door quarter lights seem a bit weird to me, will take a bit of gettin use to. and some of the dash feels very cheap and not that well put together ie glove box!!

i want to order one now to have it ready for the new year, but as they seem to be loads about with all sorts of spec will prob wait till after the new year!

want to know what the bluetooth kit is like, is it worth it? what about any other extras are worth considering, manly for when it comes to resale later?

cheers for a good informative site!

yer I liked the TDI sport to.

I ordered my one on the 22nd of September, awaiting delivery in the next 10 days. It’s been built and is at the port waiting to come to England.

I got a very good deal. Unless you can get a better deal.

I ordered a 2.0 TDI sport with the following extras for £16200

Metallic Paint (Black)
Bluetooth
Heated Seats
Chromed Mirrors
Door Trim Kit
New Seat Mats
Full Tank of fuel

The bluetooth package is really good, well worth the £200. The dealer really sold it to me.

I did not go much on the reversing sensors. Iv been in cars that have a lot better versions, so I decided to buy a better version, and am going to have it fitted once I get the car.
See what deal you can get. The dealers have got a bit of profit to play around with. Don’t sign the first deal you get.

Looking back on my purchase I think I could have pushed the dealer a bit further and got a better deal.

Hopefully the dealers on this site will tell me if I got a good deal. ;)

Because im only 20 and the insurance on the FR will be really expensive. I got a quote for the old Leon FR and it came out at just over 2K. To much to pay for insurance.

didnt think the FR version will be avaliable till june at the earliest? and might not be the TDI version till after that?
