Had this strange issue today starting the car

Turned on the ignition and waited for usual lights to come on and then go out.
I noticed that the ESP And Tyre Pressure lights stayed on.
Tried to start the car is it wouldn't start.

Turned off the ignition, turned it back on and this time the ESP and Tyre Pressure lights came on and then went out.
Tried to start the car and it started.

Just wondering if this actually means anything.
Something random or the beginning of a bigger problem??

Any advice/suggestions?

Checked for any fault codes.
01314 Engine Control Module No Signal/No Communication Intermittent
17057 Cylinder 3 Glow Plug Circuit (Q12) Electrical Fault P0673

Based on some searching here and on google there are some suggestions
01314 sounds like it could be a loose connection.
Another suggestion is something about relay 109

Does anybody know if the 2 codes could be linked or do i just happen to have both codes at same time.

Looks like its a faulty ECU.

Anybody have experience with getting an ECU repaired?
Or would I be better off trying to get an ecu from a breakers?

Its 2005, and it looks like the particular ECU was only used in 2005/2006.

At the moment I'm leaning towards getting the existing cpu repaired but I'm unsure.

Hi,
I actually don't know.
It was a guy my mechanic knew.
Based in Ireland so not sure it would have helped.
Sorry.

Hope you are able to get it sorted.
I know the dread of turning the key and hoping that some of the lights on the dash go out.
