Trim removal

Can anyone point me to a guide or suggest how to remove the front side trims, in particular this

I want to run my dash cam and DAB cable hidden down the pillers and behind the steering. They are to being connected to my head unit.

Use a plastic implement to get under the edge (not metal as that will damage the dash), then just lever it off. There are about 5 or 6 spring clips holding it on.

I'm doing something similar... how does the A pillar trim come off?

The A pillar trim on a Mk2 Leon is held on with 3 clips at positions #3 as shown in the first diagram below. You just need to lever it off at those 3 points starting with the top clip and then working your way down.

It is recommended that you use a plastic trim removal tool like the one shown in the second diagram (T20043) to avoid damaging anything (i.e. don't use anything metal such as a screwdriver).
