Thanks , now cooler is on I'm going to get a 4bar pressure reg cupra r fuel pump and injectors and get AMD to go stage 2 on it with launch control if they do it

injectors removed , refurbished and re-fitted
new boost pipes ordered for charge pipe to turbo
charge pipe to pancake pipe
n75 to tip
all to be fitted this weekend ,

then at AMD next weekend for stage two and more power ,

Today I started my conversion , BAM inlet on to an AUQ allowing for a proper intercooler ,

It's a really easy conversion and I will list all the parts required and rough estimated prices in the oncoming days

This week , I got a cupra r front bumper from Ronin225 , had it resprayed and new grill and splitter and she's on





Tomorrow it's being mapped again as sai delete is giving incorrect flow even with resistors in , also having few other bits mapped in like bigger injectors from the 225 , wil report back on that tomorrow ,

I'll get you a pic later on , to be honest you can't even see the bumper past the front wheels , but I'm going

She ran 223 WHP which converts to about 256BHP and 273ft-lb ,really pleased as was running more (300ft-lb) but wound it down as rods wouldn't last long in that state of tune ,

Next is to forge the engine and go big turbo ,

No longer tuned by AMD ESSEX as they couldn't remove EML from SAI delete or map in launch control or flat foot shifting which my new tuner can and has videos to come

Clutch started slipping as expected with upped power , Now running valeo single mass flywheel and clutch conversion kit fitted it this morning took about 5 hours so quite an easy clutch to change

Not to much going on here ,
Had a new key this week and cost me
£80 , (£110 if only having one ) but get a few friends together save your self some cash

Got round to fixing the broken bit on my centre console after three years




Poly bushed whole front end with psb bushes from eBay , really good fit and quality
Painted calipers

Changed spark plugs to 1 heat range cooler as advised by tuners to keep head cooler




Then I managed to help my friend wrap his bonnet after a deer decided to re-arrange his front end and we couldn't fine a platinum grey bonnet anywhere !

Did a track day and she performed well keeping in tow with the s2000 and mx5 turbos , was pleased

Today I fitted a flat bottom steering wheel I had made , takes original airbag and is a modified original wheel , was £130 plus £20 postage .
