Hello :)

My Toledo 1M2, has these issues:

1. Between 3000 and 4000 rpm, it hesitates slightly, but only in 4th/5th gear.
2. The engine has a high CO-exhaust gas value (it is 0,7% - must be max. 0,3% in Denmark).
3. When pushing the pedal, trying to hold the rpm's at 2500 (example), when the pedal is released Again = the rpm's "jumps" Down, instead of beeing smooth.

No codes are thrown, in VCDS (VAG-COM).

I've already replaced the following:

- Catalytic converter

- Oxygen sensor (has only one, mounted on exhaust manifold - tested with VCDS to see if it regulates, and it Works just fine).

- MAF-sensor (tested with VCDS, Works fine).

- Coolant Temperature Sensor (regulates fine).

- Ignition Coilpack

- Spark plugs

- Spark plug wires

- Fuel filter

It makes no difference if the engine is hot or cold, it hesitates no matter what.

I've really run out of options here, sp I hope you have some ideas :)

Sorry for my bad English, I'm from Denmark.

Thank you!

Thank you for your message, I apologize for my late reply.

I have checked all vacuum, and breather pipes.

I have also checked, if the Brake Booster is working correctly - it does (chedked it because it has a vacuum pipe to the inlet manifold).

I don't know what my next step should be :/
