Hi new member here having on going issues with the Sub 8 pack cuppa 280. My car is a 15 plate with 14,000 miles. The car has had 3 sets of disks and pads as the car makes a really loud rubbing/ whining noise every time I turn the steering wheel. It sounds just like when you rub the rim of a wine glass with your finger. The vibrations go all through the car and can be felt through the gear stick, pedals and steering wheel. Seat seem to think the issue is with the brakes hence they have been replaced 3 times but the noise and vibration remains. It does this when I turn full lock to lock when I park or do a manoeuvre. I'm starting to think the problem may be with the suspension . Also to add to the misery my clutch is starting to slip.

Slipping clutch on stock car would suggest driver needs to learn how to use a clutch ;)

"performance" brakes are always going to squeal, you sure the noise isn't the LSD which can be heard when using hard lock.
