If you figure out something with the jacking covers regarding screwing on etc then let me know, I have the same thing to do at some point.

Also what parts do you have left from the mk2 you were breaking?

Just screw them one, easy as...... there's small runners that the covers slide onto, screw them to that!

That's what I've done for years!

You can use both sets of jacking points with the covers on. Stupid why they even bothered putting the covers on....

its cos they knew people would slam them to the floor and only way to get them off the ground is a slim jack on the sills :D

well it was 12 years ago :) dont suppose you have a rear upper strut brace in your scrapyard? :)
