Hi guys,

I'm about to pull the trigger on the new ibiza, my dealership has 2 already in stock and I can't decide which one to get.

Option 1:
1.0 tsi 95
Mystery Blue
18 inch Machine polished alloys
Full LED Headlights
Panoramic Sunroof

Option 2:
1.0 tsi 115
Desire Red
18 inch Machine polished alloys
Full LED Headlights

The differences between 115 and 95 are 6 speed manual instead of 5 and rear disk brakes instead of drums. But the mystery blue one has the panoramic sunroof.

Insurance is pretty much the same and finance costs are pretty much the same too.

I'm having a very hard time deciding between the two.

What do you guys think?

I'd want red. That blue just isn't a sporty colour IMHO, not to mention the tiny power rating and drum brakes.

I'm amazed SEAT have the nerve to put the FR badge on it TBH.

However the 2 Grey 115 ones at 13520 or 14222 (Man or DSG) on Autotrader might tempt on price alone.

If it's mostly for city driving, then 5-speed manual (+ sunroof). If it's for mostly for longer journeys, then 6-speed.

What did you go for in the end?

Option 2 no question!

That said, I'm aghast that 18" wheels are now the norm for the Ibiza! I bought one of the last previous gen 1.4 EcoTSI cars and am "downgrading" to some 15" steel wheels with all-season rubber as I think the 16s are unnecessary (although they look nice).

The FR comes standard with 17s although you wouldn't know it as the majority of the promo pics show the optional 18s.

Xcellence trim aparently has rear electric windows according to Rep at Seat Showroom in Westfields...but also engine tops out at 95PS.
