I’ve had the car since July of last year, it had done 24k miles within the first 3 years. Since I’ve had the car I’ve had it remapped and it’s made slight improvement but I’m still noticing turbo lag. After I change up gear there’s a good 1-2 second delay where it feels like the powers dropped off, what could be the issue?

It does it after every gear change unless my revs are high when I change, has had turbo lag since I got it, remap made it a little better
It can be annoying- Bit of turbo lag, lack of torque, and fly by wire throttle.
Remap should have helped with the lack of torque, you could get a pedal box to help with the fly by wire lag, but there is not much you can do about turbo lag itself other than buy a V6. In my opinion the best thing to do is work on your gear change as it's all about timing
