Yes, in the sat nav settings you can get it to show all petrol stations, listed under POIs I think.

'Customer Visits' have never been so fun !!!

A light sprinkle of snow and freezing conditions and my boot release wouldn't work, the handle/badge frozen shut. I know they are based in Spain but I would of thought they'd do cold weather testing to make sure things work in low temperatures. Annoyingly I keep my de-icer in the boot

Had the same issue this am.
Had to go in through the ski hatch in the back seat to get my scraper.

And that was after I forced open the door and watched the snow take the drivers seat.

Yeah I sometimes have that problem. Also the Touch Screen sometimes stops working or does weird things. Best thing to do is keep a second bottle of de-icer in the house.

Yeah my screen starts jumping around and can be unresponsive until things heat up.

Lesson learnt.
If you don't have enough money for refurbishing all four wheels, just repair the inside damage, but don't ask them to do a full refurb



Now I'm fighting with SEAT to get the real color code of the wheels to have the shop respray it in the correct tone.

If it happens again you could try holding down the boot unlock button on the key fob for a few seconds, the boot lid should then pop open allowing it to be lifted at the edge of the lid.

Rectified someone else’s bad parking mistake, cheeky bugger never left any details but I’m pretty impressed how it looks now. Hardly notice it.

I tried this, pretty cool feature. Also I like the fact that when you shut the boot it automatically locks again. I haven't used the boot unlock before.

Noticed a couple of things yesterday when I was driving into town. One is that after I stalled at a roundabout the engine restarted by itself. Handy. Also when I had to brake quite hard (but not that hard) to let a car past my hazard lights came on by themselves. That's probably the hardest I've braked so far, but still feels very controlled and smooth.

First you need to know whether it needs a respray. You can tell if you run your finger nail over the damage, if it stops in the gap then it needs respraying.

If not you can do the following, using 800 grit wet and dry, keeping it wet sand in circular motions gently, wash, dry, check then repeat with 1200 then finally 3000 trizac pad.

For the next bit you will need a machine polisher with a hard and soft pad. Cutting compound (sonax 60/40) and then car polish (autoglym super resin polish)

Using the hard pad, apply a small amount of cutting compound to the pad. Rub this into the damaged area, turn on the machine polisher to a slow speed, letting it do the work. Keep going til the area starts to go shiny. Wipe with cloth and inspect. Finally grab the car polish and soft pad, repeating the above steps but at a faster speed. Wipe, inspect and admire.

This morning I found an actual use for 'eco mode'. It doesn't half help in snow to keep the torque down.

I can only get into eco mode through the individual setting and all it's does is display when to change gear

Finally got around to order the fan washing jets for the windshield.
One of the stock ones was getting clogged and the other didn't want to adjust height so the change was more than needed and the end result is fantastic, even for cheap knockoffs

Took the plunge and upgraded to 8.5/19 on a Bola B11 in Matt Bronze. Yokohama Advan 235/35 sports all round. Certainly fill the arches now....
