I ain't sure if I should map and fit exhaust if so is it worth doing and how long will the clutch last?

Yes it is worth doing, assuming you can afford the increase in insurance.
The clutch - thats a bit of an unknown, depends on the map, previous use/abuse, and current mileage done etc etc.

Ok that sounds good map it and put exhaust on and then wait for the clutch to get worse and then get it done!
