Good evening all.... my engine emissions warning light came on on Saturday morning ... getting a diagnostic check on it was down to glow plug number one fault ..... this was checked at the local garage.... ive been looking for quotes from local garages and some suggest changing all the plugs and some say just change the one or ones that are faulty .... I'm rather green at doing any engine work and was looking to see if anyone has had any problems with their glow plugs and also should I just change the faulty plug ... thanx everyone
Car ... seat Leon fr tdi .. 57 plate

guess it would depend on the mileage if it's low 50K approx maybe it's a one off--I'd do one if it 70-80 K then maybe do them all -dependant on finances and labour cost

Its just done 115000 ... I've had the car from 95000 ... so do you think they could be the original glow plugs ??
