Help with fault codes 16684/16687

Ive just had the car mapped last week running very well (in till today )just took it for a blast along the road engine warning flashing like mad ,loss off power when I got back noticed a funny burning smell so I plugged it in with my cheep code reader and got those codes it didn't give me any info just the codes any help is appreciated I hope I haven't blown her up

Sorry guys just read a sticky saying it could be coilpacks when I google them it was saying it could be a Number of things would a faulty coil put out 2 fault codes

Probably coil packs. Had 2 fail since mapping the car.
You can hear and feel it misfiring,
If you're with RAC or another get them round. Just pay for parts and they usually carry original vw versions.
Cylinder 1 and 2 are easy to get at.
3 and 4 needs a ten mm spanner and Allen keys.
Code 16684 is multiple cylinder misfires detected.
Think it's defo coil packs.

spark plugs or coils, 99% Gunna bet it’s the coils tho

Yea cheers guys changed plugs and coilpack 3 looks like it sorted it plugs looked like they hadn't been changed for awhile quite expensive ptfr7 something or other. platinums! lol
