Just a little hello from me, I’ve just treated myself to a lovely little Leon FR.
Totally new to me is any kind of power and a DSG, after a 1.3 Suzuki it’s a lovely change.
So I’ve got a few plans in mind for the next few months:
Remove the ‘LEON’ badge form the boot and maybe the FR badge
Led interior light upgrade
OBDeleven - this is a bit alien to me but seem to enable quite a few useful things - any input would be great!
Than spring next year we’ll be looking at
Exhaust
Lowering springs
Spacers
Proper rubber
Remap of engine & DSG
That’s about it other than, I’ve only had her since the 15th November and twice the rear brakes have billowed smoke. This isn’t even when driving enthusiastically so do anyone have any experience with this? It’s going back to the dealer next week because one of the keys needs a new battery/coding so this will be looked at but don’t want fobbing off!
Smoky brakes are scaring me a tad so any advice would be appreciated!!
