im thinking of getting a remap done, would bigger nozzels make much diffrence, is there anything else i could do to go with the remap ?

yes they will, it will use a bit more fuel also.

nah, mileage will be fine, 100k is run in now. Nozzles are not a mileage dependant failure at all.

Thanks for the advice, Ive changed all the filters and fluids, put dsome of that diaeletric greece on the maf and map and put some injector cleaner in the tank, anything else that can tune it up abit ?

Turn down the EGR with vag com to the minimum, or totally by putting a nail in the end of the pipe or blanking the valve. Theres loads about this, have a look back in the TDI section.
Otherwise, no not really, just the bigger stuff after that. Oh and make sure you drive it properly, dont granny it once warmed up.
