Beeping Whilst Driving - Stops when car stops any ideas?

Hi folks,

As the title says I've got a beeping coming from the dash when driving, completely stops when I stop the car (engine still on) and returns again as soon as I drive off. There are no warning lights or anything else.

Any ideas? Its a Mk1 55 plate Seat Leon FR+

Or hand brake on, (faulty)? Should bring up a light though..

Could very well be, hopefully that's all it is. Drives fine however I'll make sure its fully disengaged next time.

My handbrake doesn't make a noise when its engaged and I try to drive. Any other suggestions?

So it doesn't beep when your hand brakes on but it does when it's off. That right.

Bearings? Gearbox? Does the noise change with revs or speed increase?

sounds to me you have a fault there?!
If the car beeps when the hand brake is disengaged, and stops when engaged? Should be the other way around?
