Well, i didnt want to land one person with the job, + there may have been objections made by others, so if everyone can see what i was suggesting, then if a stickie or two should stay, then people can comment on it. Not to mention the formatting was a pain in places, so needed it here so i could see it and re-edit it to fix the mistakes.
