PN: Front wheel bearing ?

Does anyone know the correct Part number for front wheel bearing for 2006 2.0 FSI DSG Seat Toledo. I have been researching and its mostly the same bearing as Golf MK5 but there are two variations. One with 3 holes on the hub and one on 4 so I am not sure which one do I need. Thanks
