Cupra k1 misfire

vening all . The engine manigment light came on so i got it plugged in on vagcom and it came up with misfire on cylinder 4.
So i straight away i thought plugs or coil pack . I have fited new plugs and coil pack and its still missfiring and still showing on vag com ... so if any one could shed some light on this it would be highly appreciated
