Cupra 280 Stage 2 spark plugs

Looking at getting some RS7 plugs for my Cupra. Is anyone running these? If so have you got a part number? TIA

I’m running them on stage two

here’s the part number, cost me £79 for all four from TPS: 06K905601M

Nice one! I have seen a set of them pop up on Facebook from a guy called: mjr901
They are £37.05 if he can get 5 people and if we can get 10 people they will go down even more if anyone is interested?

I’d certainly be interested in getting another set, especially if they are £35 or less for all 4!

just got back from tps today and fitted new coil packs from the new rs3 400bhp one part number =06h 905 110 g and some rs7 spark plugs .cars a cupra 280 stage 2 apr . ecs tunning have done lots of testing on this kit and it works great car feels great. coils are £35 quid each.

Newest revision OEM coils for our car are more reliable as well compared to the 2014 MY part number than I have fitted (06J 905 110 F)

yes I just removed the latest revision coils part number = 06J.905.110K BorgWarner they where fine too but the rs3 coils I think will stand up better over time as am looking to stage 3 this year just getting ready.

I would imagine the RS3 coils wont be an upgrade, on the MK"2 TFSI we used to fit the red Audi R8 coils, they weren't an upgrade just looked nicer!

ECS are notorious for selling OEM VWG stuff as upgrades... I've seen them selling screws in the past as upgrades

we are pushing over 100bhp over stock I don't imagine it will harm putting these in when there in a car running 400bhp stock .

It wont, not at all, but what I'm saying is these probably arent any better than the OEM latest revision Cupra ones.

Plasma coilpacks would be the way to go.

I’ve been reading up on the plasma ones for a while. Okada Plasma Direct PD4002112R I think are the ones to use - they are for a Golf R MK7. Can’t find anywhere in the UK that sells them though. And they look a little pricey from the US!

I was quoted £110 for all four from TPS - didn’t get chance to really shop around though.
