Seat Leon 1p 2.0 tdi pd140 BKD engine noise

Hi everyone,

Just wondering if anyone could help me out, I've got a seat Leon 1p engine code bkd
I've currently been having a noise when you Rev the vehicle at around 3 thousand rmp
Sounds like the cars got a viscous fan? I've checked a few things like removing the auxiliary belt thinking it could be a pulley, also had the problem about a month ago and also dual mass was rattling, I've replaced the dual mass and clutch and release bearing thinking it was all related, replaced the dual mass and the noise is back again?
