hell of a list that!;) so which is /was best out of the pulsar, R32, boxster and mk2 cupra? or was one of these better than all of the above? must say these are the ones that stand out for me! pulsars are ugly as hell but an engineering masterpiece... wanted one for ages at one point!

Pulsar an amazing car, especially as it has a huge turbo in it,so you get that true wow factor. Handling is great and generally a light car.

R32 in my opinion is only good for its' sound. When i had the FR it kept with the R32 around the country roads. Although i think this was down to tyre choice and the fact the R32 is heavier. The R32 rolls a lot more too.

Boxster is a serious car in every sense (money especially for servicing). I sold it due to it just not being practical enough. Great again for handling, but not in the wet. Having the N-rated tyres too is better for high speed cornering.

I went back to the Cupra simply because you get a hell of a lot of car for the money. it's quicker than R32, Boxster, and has more than 2 seats. Plus for the £280 extra i spent on a re-map to 300bhp (speak to Mike at Motech:clap:) was money well spent compared to a £10K premium for the S3s 265bhp. The only bad thing about the Cupra is the interior, but then i dont live in my car, so for the hour's drive i do i can live with it.

Aside all the above, in the VAG group, the best car i had for a short space of time by far was the RS4... no, not the R8! over-rated! Rs4 all the way.

Been through a few cars, a number were for practicality.
My more recent Renault 5 GT Turbo (No. 6 was a SWEET motor in great condition for its age.

Then moved to SEAT, when I picked up my Mk4 SEAT Ibiza.
Recently sold the Ibiza, and "upgraded" to my current Leon FR, which has to be my Fav car so far!! :D

I had a Alfa Romeo 156 facelifted car. No Alfa jokes plz, loved the car, no reliability issues ever. But then some %$£@ drove into the back while stationary and wrote it off.

Love the Leon now though
