Reckon i'm gonna go for a whiteline antilift kit. I'm just wondering what other bits and bobs i could add at the same time that might compliment this kit.

I'm thinking:

Torque arm insert?

Certain uprated powerflex bushes?

Maybe a dogbone mount (think thats more transmission though).

Anyone got any idea what would be the best bits needed to compliment each other. Ideally i'm after tightening things up to increase front end grip on acceleration and corner exiting...

Torque arm insert is normally fitted with the milltek.

Pendullum mount (dogbone) should stop some wheel hop.

Ye you're right i got the uprated powerflex torque arm insert with the Milltek. Think i'll add a dogbone with it then. Wheel hop aint good for driveshafts so i here.

I think awesome do an ECS dogbone mount about £30. Its in the Golf Mk5 bit so should fit.

Not heard of ECS though?

Think i need to do my homework on this:

My assumption is there are 3 mounts:

- Transmission mount which contains the torque arm insert.
- Rear engine mount (also known as Dogbone/pendulem)
- Side engine mount.

Is this correct?

VW racing quoted me about £250 for each one included vat and fitting.

What are peoples thoughts on adding an uprated rear sway bar?

I'm assuming the Cupra has one - anyone know what size?

Apparently it can increase grip out of corners in a big way on a front wheel drive car?

Looking at a Whiteline one - 22mm.

is a rear sway bar just another name for an anti role bar?

Ye thats it, as it keeps the rear of the car planted its supposed to keep the front wheels in check on corner exiting etc...

Not entirely sure how it works really..
