Dimmable LED footwell lights

Evening all, new to this forum usually found on the mk2 leon page on Facebook. I was wondering if anyone had wired footwell lights to dim from the interior switch? I briefly remember wiring some up in my old mk4 golf that could be dimmed but not seen anyone with a Leon do it, anyone know if it's possible? Cheers
