Hi my first post on here, I have a mk2 Leon cupra just noticed some oil around the hpfp and all the pipes around it I've checked the pipes for splits and all seem fine seems to be dripping from the pressure sensor on the pump? There's defo oil on the bottom of the sensor I've cleaned it off and it came back the next day any ideas? Thanks in advance :)

There is an O Ring that seals the HPFP to the engine, presumable to stop oil being pushed out from Cam. I'd say check your can follower and if it needs replacing get a new follower and O Ring... If not I'm sure they sell the O Ring seperately. The only other oil related component I can think of near there is PCV but its to the left of HPFP so doubt its that

Thanks for the reply, I've checked the cam follower which is fine it's not leaking from the o ring it's got oil around the sensor and pipes below the pump. Can oil leak through the sensor some how? I've just changed the pcv gasket as someone mentioned that so fingers crossed it was that. I was just worried in case the pump seals was knackered and leaking through the pump if that is possible at all cheers
