Do all the electrics like the dash and radio shut down when you pull the key out, or does nothing happen at all when you take it out??
It’ll be a bad earth. Take the key out and see what buttons are on (heaters air con etc) and try them all one by one and hopefully it turns off.
Get your main earth off and give it a good clean too.
I had a corsa Year’s ago that would keep running without the key when the rear de mister was on.
