Leon FR Rear Brakes

Misses noticed a noise coming from rear brakes today and I've just had a look.

Rear pads are passed there best tbh.

I'm going to order some rear pads but just so I know I've got everything can anyone tell me if the rear calipers you have to wind out the piston or just push?

Right hand turn back in. You might find them quite tight if they have come out too far.

If they are tight is there any easy way to make it easier? Or just put some elbow grease into it?

I remember my Cupra R last year was a pig and turned out to be a seized caliper on one side of rears
