Hi guys and gals..... please help.lol,
2007 cupra 240, had an issue which rendered the original ecu ( part no 1p0907115c) useless, managed to source a replacement, an "ecu specialist" has kindly killed then new one which he politely denied, when it cane, we connected it to the car, it would start then the immobilizer killed engine, this reputable company were adamant they could sort it, they failed and now when connected , the cooling fan runs constantly but it won't start, I sent both ECU'S To ECUTESTING.CO.UK who have confirmed the replacement has been killed..... what do I do now, 7 months I've been waiting and got no where, will ECU'S from any other models work ?? Can seat reprogram a used replacement ecu as spent so much this far I can't justify another £1500, any info help and advice greatfully recieved
