Howdy all,
Been a while, just thought I'd post up here to see if anybody has had the same issue(s) with there 18" Performance Alloys (Leon FR) - Just been in today to get some Michelin Pilot Sport 4's fitted to the rear (got 43,000 from the dreaded bridgestones!) and had all four wheels balanced whilst in.
@ ATS
Anyway, it appears, 3 of my wheels are buckled, 1 fairly badly on the inside of the alloy. I've had the car from new, and until today haven't felt a thing!? My last tyre change was at 18,000 miles when I binned the front bridgestones for Pilot Sport 4's and no issues were apparent then.
I went into my local SEAT with the invoice / sheet stating 3 wheels are buckled, just to see where I stood (2016 car) and they laughed, and said basically nothing they can / will do after the car is 3 months old or 1000 miles...
AWESOME.
As stated above, can't feel anything regarding wheel wobble or anything like that, and ATS advised the two worse wheels (luckily both on the front axle) swap to the rear which would make less of an impact so had that done whilst it was in...
Anybody else come across this,
Again, car is 2016 Leon FR, with 43,000 miles.
Cheers
