hi all,

with our house finally coming to us by the end of this month, i deserately need to shift the leon (£9,995 53 reg) so i can get a cheaper car

the ones that im narrowed down to are:

seat leon 2.0 16v tdi response sport

vauxhall astra sport sri 1.9cdti 150

now i know a little about the performance of the astra but not the leon

the astra runs 315 nm torque and 0-60 of 8.4 with a very quick 30-70 time.
the dash is is a bit naff but it does come with 17" wheels

any info on both cars would be good

I've currently got the Astra 1.9 150ps SRi with Sport pack as a company car. It's not bad, very quick especially off the mark for a diesel, the only thing I don't like about the car is it's really uncomfortable on long drives. Also the interior is very sparce on specification compared to similar models... on the plus side though it doesnt look to bad, but my money would but a 2nd hand Leon FR Tdi !!!
