Seat leon cupra k1 tfsi loud rattle/tapping noise

Hi, last night I had to gear down heavily due to a huge dip in the road which nearly caused me to lose complete control of my vehicle, when I came to a stop I heard a very loud tapping / rattling noise which increases with the revs. I was thinking maybe I knocked something on the dip or slipped the timing etc but I don't really have a clue, car still starts and drives and has no warning lights on dash.. I have not driven it since I parked it up last night..
What do you seat guru's think it could be?
Any help will be greatly appreciated..

I would say so as I had to release the clutch to do some engine breaking. Car Is stage 2+ revo with a sachs loba clutch

Can it be done through vag com to check if timing is out etc?
