Water Leak

I had this problem in my Altea -- It turned out to be the condensate drain which had a split in the outlet pipe. It was cured under warranty

I am not sure as to where it is all I do know is that the Dealer had to remove everything from within the car to sort my problem out and also it took them 4 days to dry out the carpet.

Having said that my car is now quite dry inside.

I suggest you take yours back to the Dealer from which you bought it and let them sort the problem for you.
