Welcome to MK3 seat Leon ownership... I wouldn’t say it’s normal as it’s a fault but it’s certainly one of if not the most common fault people pick up on. Some people have had it repaired under warranty, personally I just punch the door card when it starts to rattle

Mine does this too. Changes with temperature. I haven't worked out where it's coming from exactly, but give all the trims a good bash to make sure they're seated correctly.

Facelifts much better than the original though, I must say. Even mine..after all the trims got pulled off and refitted when mine broke down.

I go with the 'turn up radio' option

Check there is no dirt or polish on the door seals, give them a good clean and see if that cures it.
