Anyone used Preston SEAT (Arnold Clark) or Blackpool SEAT (Cox Motor Group) for servicing recently ? SEAT's own customer rating only gives Preston 3 out of 5 stars whereas Blackpool gets 5 and seen other negative comments on here re Preston - most from when they were Hobbins (deliberate typo) - but interested to hear from anyone who's used either.

From experience, avoid bobbin, I've had too many stressful visits with a lack of results, I go to Galgate and they are very good, but I've not sampled Blackpool

So, to update you, excellent service received from Blackpool SEAT (Cox Motor Group). I booked online and they called me next day to confirm and to advise that lambda sensor also needed replacing under warranty. I'd originally said I'd stay and wait for service to be complete but was advised total job may now take 2 hours so was given a courtesy car for free. Received text reminders on lead up to service day. On day very courteous and efficient and all went to plan including washed and vac'ed. Got itemised receipt and health check sheet which was nice as with other manufacturers cars I've had on a fixed service plan I've just had a stamp in service book, nothing more.
