2010 Ibiza cupra power steering going on and off

Hi guys and girls, sorry if this is the wrong section I'm new here, basically my power steering on my 2010 Ibiza cupra with a CTHE engine is going on and off all the time, I have tried to re fill the steering fluid as I was told to do so but, due to me having my battery in the boot and a big relay in its place, am unable to undo the power steering cap, any tips?
