As above,2002,65,000 miles.Initial idling & running seems OK,car accelerates normally & smooth tickover.Once engine warms up the engine starts juddering/shuddering and acceleration is non-existant at motorway speeds. When stationary at traffic lights at 900rpm the juddering/shuddering starts again,it will go with a light application of the accelerater pedal and the tacho reads approx 1,100-1,200rpm.
Thought initially it was an issue with engine reaching warm up temp, but after getting home today I went out again after 1 hour & the engine was still warm. The car was OK for about 6 mins & then started again.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

I could be light years from solving your problem here mate, but have you tried putting silicone dielectric grease into the MAF sensor plug and possibly all other plugs in the engine bay. Theres a huge thread on here about rough running TDI's. It can work out to be a very easy fix and at the very least a preventitve measure against corroded contacts for a couple of quid.
