Hi
I'm getting stuck on a fault on my new daily. It's a mk1 Leon pd150. (Arl) the car keeps going into limp mode and is becoming more and more often. I've plugged it in and found two fault code po230 fuel pump primary circuit and po243 turbo waste gate solenoid A circuit malfunction. So far I have
-reset the fault codes ( they just come back within 5 mins of driving)
- changed the fuel pump relay
- checked the wiring for any obvious faults
- cleaned the turbo as I've read that sticking vanes can cause this fault.
- I have also cleaned the egr whilst I was at it.
- I've also checked the vacuum lines.

The engine is completely standard. I suspect it's some sort of short circuit. Has anyone had this problem before? Any common places to check the wiring?

Any help appreciated :)

Hi
Did you ever get to the bottom of this issue? I have the same issue on my pd150 and have replaced vacuum hoses, fuel pump relay n wastegate solenoid valve. Thanks

Did you clean the turbo from carbon build up yet?
It can cause the car to get into limp mode
