Throttle body problems

Hi everyone hopefully someone can shed some light on this. I have searched the problem but haven't found an answer. I have a 2005 LCR 225 and I kept getting throttle valve actuator faults. Using a scope I found that the throttle would dip at around 25% slightly then trigger limp mode and I'd lose all throttle. At first I cleaned it out and reset the throttle body but same thing happened. I removed the backing cover and found that two of the plastic gears had sheared 3 teeth from the gears inside. I have turned the gears 180 degrees to stop the teeth slipping but not sure how long that will last. Does anyone know if you can replace the gears separately or is it just a new/recon throttle body required. Many thanks in advance and sorry if this topic has already been covered.
