Yes mate all that is right I did mine this weekend with a larger intercooler than robbie's 175mm tall works a treat!

Looks like a "must do" before the remap & DPF delete
Seen that - was more a question of how many of each
Intercooler - Qty 1 - no probs.
57mm pipe joiner - Qty ? ( guessing 2 )
57mm - 90deg elbow - Qty ? ( guessing 2 )
Hose clips - Qty ? ( guessing 4 - possibly 6 )
Correct mate sorry late input but not been in the forum much, if you do it after remap your wasting time and money

Yep I agree - current plan of action is :
312mm Front brake conversion
Larger intercooler
Remap & DPF delete.
