Link to readers ride?

How do I add a link to my signature for my readers ride?
I've looked all over these forums but can't find the answers, cheers for any help.

Doesn't quite look like everyone else's tbh.
I really have no clue with forums or computers. I'm a carpenter, good too but clicking this and that without clear instructions usually ends up a mess.
