Nope, the stereo needs a conversion loom and an aerial adaptor, and the headlights need a couple of wires swapping around.

Search on Google for A4 RNS-E retrofit guide and you'll see what I mean. I did have a link to show you which wires you need to swap on the headlights but unfortunately its now dead.

I've been looking for a set of facelift headlights for nearly 3 years. I wish you the best of luck, they are rare and expensive!

Correct me if i'm wrong, remember reading about a dude convert hes backlight to LED. It was not just reconect some wires, but it was reprogram the ECU with a special tool. Nothing u can do with vcds.
