Hi All!

2 questions ... i think i may have a partial blockage in an injector but really don't want to pay a lot for full strip and rebuild on all injectors!

If i replace the fuel filter lots of people have said to put pure injector cleaner in the filter and run the engine with this, is it safe / worth doing???

If i do this what brand of cleaner would be best to use, how much of it and should i mix with diesel or literally pure injector cleaner!?

The other thing is i changed all vacuum lines today and replaced the N75, i then noticed another small sensor on the back of the engine above the inlet manifold, it has one vacuum pipe going to a T piece by the N75 and another vacuum pipe that ive blocked (i think it used to go to the EGR that''s gone!!) I know its not the N18 as thats in my hand lol!!

Ok its more than 2 questions but any help would be appreciated!!

Im hopeing this will cure my rough idling engine!!!!

The "sensor" sounds like it could be the N239 valve, which controls the anti-shudder flap valve. If you've deleted the EGR you've probably also taken the flap valve out.
