We need to do some maintenance on the forum and webserver this evening, updates, and database backups.

This will proceed from around 7pm, and may take a couple of hours to complete.

So you'll have to find something else to do.

A shock i know. :blink:

Chat room should still be open, but probably not through the web-server, you'll have to login in via MIRC or some other IRC client.

Back online after 4hrs

Forum software, Gallery Software, Apache, php, Mysql all upgraded

And you have a new forum skin (not that the luddites will notice!)

Any bugs - or errors, please report

Some functionality isn't working right now - because the mods aren't installed just yet.

Just got this when I clicked on a thread title:

Warning: Unknown(./geek/gal/includes/gal_class_core.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /global.php(357) : eval()'d code on line 1

Fatal error: (null)() [function.require]: Failed opening required './geek/gal/includes/gal_class_core.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/scn/public_html/forums/global.php(357) : eval()'d code on line 1

Worked OK after 3rd attempt though and seems OK now.

Noticed a couple of enhancements.:thumbup:

Yup, there may still be a few issues, but Mark and Marts have done almost 5 hours on it tonight, so we'll bug fix now, a few things need sorting, but on the most part its running at least.

Because the forum software got updated - I need to download a new copy of the plugin's

But the GAL link I need to remember my password for that site as it's one I bought

I must be one of the ludites because I can't see any difference to the skin :redface: I've been using the scn_vari skin since it was available so didn't know what all the issues were with the forum skin a while back anyway :D

The multi quote looks good idea, not tried it yet but should help when you want to quote multiple posts.
